Deer Tallow

Deer tallow is the foundation of the Veren range. Chosen for its skin compatibility, nutrient density, and deeply restorative character. Naturally rich in fatty acids and skin-supportive lipids, it helps reinforce the skin barrier, reduce transepidermal moisture loss, and restore comfort to dry, stressed, or compromised skin.

Compared to heavier animal fats, deer tallow has a lighter, softer skin feel with a cleaner finish, making it particularly well suited to modern barrier-focused skincare. In formulation, it acts as both carrier and conditioner, bringing structure, nourishment, and lasting protection while allowing botanical actives to work in close contact with the skin.
